It is very simple and easy to begin, and it will change your life! I bring all the equipment for a complete workout, so having a home gym is not necessary. I have trained all ages and fitness levels. Each session is tailored to help you meet your personal goals; weight loss, increased strength & endurance or overall health and fitness.
In just a few sessions per week, you will look and feel better.

1-on-1 Personal Training Programs for Men and Women
When you sign up for my 1-on-1 Personal Training Programs, you will receive a program designed exclusively by me for you and your lifestyle. We will work together to identify real short- and long-term goals. I will help you reach these goals by combining proper nutrition with full body workouts that will get you the maximum results in the least amount of time.
You will also receive periodic personal fitness assessments to measure your progress and modify your nutrition and workouts as your fitness improves, to help avoid training plateaus.
I offer mini and full sessions which can be purchased individually or in blocks of up to 10 or 20.
Mini Sessions
Intense, 30 minute sessions for those short on time. Clients are responsible for warm up, cool down and stretching. Especially suited to self motivated clients.

Full Sessions
The first session will last approximately 60-90 minutes and will consist of some health analysis such as cardio, strength and stretch testing as well as some minor body measurements. All subsequent sessions are 45-60 minutes.
Jump Start Package
If you’ve never worked out before, or have taken an extended break from your exercise routine, this is the package for you. Workouts are designed to start at a comfortable pace with the intensity gradually increasing as your strength and endurance also increases. Workouts are scheduled two to three times per week, with additional individual workouts to be completed on ‘off’ days.
Turbo Package
Do you have a special event or vacation approaching and want to look your best? Want to fit into those favorite jeans or dress? This 6-week blaster package will get you there. Intense workouts scheduled 4 times a week. Includes nutritional guidelines to help you safely and quickly shed those extra pounds.
Maintenance Package
After all that hard work has paid off, and your goals attained, this package is designed to keep you on track for the long term. Workouts are scheduled twice weekly, with additional ‘off’ day workouts to keep you fit and fabulous. Includes periodic fitness assessments, nutritional guidance and email support.
Custom Training Package
Looking for an effective workout that meets all your fitness needs? This package is perfect for self motivated individuals suitable for both home or gym settings. I will design a personalized, custom training program and show you proper form and technique to ensure a safe and effective workout. Includes fitness assessments and measurements, goal setting, program design and implementation (cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training), nutritional guidelines, workout logs and 60 days of online and telephone support.
Two people, One Trainer, One Hour, No Excuses. Couples, friends, siblings, whatever.
Now you can have two people pushing and motivating you to get to your workouts.

New moms and moms to be – this is for you. Your sessions are designed to give you a great workout while taking into account the changes pregnancy causes. Whether you want to prepare yourself for labor or get your pre-baby body back, I can help! Yes, you can exercise when you’re pregnant and/or nursing. Let me show you how!
Don’t let exercise intimidate you into a sedentary lifestyle. Fitness is fun! We will work together to make your workouts safe, effective and enjoyable.
